Valentine’s Strawberry Matcha Mousse

Instructions

  1. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

  2. Divide into two bowls. Mix matcha in one and strawberry puree in the other.

  3. Pipe the matcha layer into a glass, then top with the strawberry cream.

  4. Sprinkle edible glitter and sprinkles on top.
